• Our state of the art digital switchboard allows you to receive multiple calls simultaneously to maximise your business demands. Your callers will NEVER be greeted with an engaged tone or an answering machine where they may choose not to even leave a message.
• We are not a call centre. There will only be a maximum of 3 receptionists answering your calls, this allows you and your callers to receive continuity.
• As the receptionists are based at the centre of your membership, they also have local knowledge and can direct any visitors to the offices or confirm the address of the centre on the phone (should you also take a Business Address) creating a seamless Virtual Office / Room Hire service for you.
• Calls can instantly and seamlessly be re-routed to mobiles or landlines or messages can be taken then passed onto you by phone, e-mail, text or fax.
