What is a Serviced Office?

A Serviced Office is a flexible and cost effective option for renting an office suite. 

One of the major advantages of a Serviced Office is that all of the standard rates and services that you would normally pay separately in a traditional office rental are included within the office agreement.  These services include, but are not limited to, business & local rates, security, reception service including professional telephone answering, cleaning, utility bills, IT infrastructure, meeting rooms, office furniture, housekeeping and on-site facilities management.  This ease of this facility management allows you concentrate on your business needs and avoid the hassle of dealing with a number of contractors normally associated with office rental.  It also allow you to access a number of facilities at a standard which you may not normally be able to do so outside of a Serviced Office environment.

What licence lengths do you offer?

Rombourne offer fully flexible licence terms, from 3 months upwards, enabling you to have the best possible flexibility for running your business.  Longer terms are also available.

Where are your Serviced Offices in Bristol?

Rombourne offer  4 locations for serviced offices in Bristol.  We have sites at St Brandon’s House in Bristol City Centre, just off the popular Park Street with a BS1 postcode, Trym Lodge is set in the historic village of Westbury-on-Trym and our North Bristol Serviced Offices are located on the well positioned Aztec West Business Park at 130 Aztec and 160 Aztec.   Rombourne are always looking to expand their Serviced Office portfolio locations.

What size is a typical Serviced Office?

There is no specific shape or size to our office suites, each offering something a little unique.  Its always best to come in and have a look around to see which office you feel best suits your company needs.

How much does a Serviced Office Cost?

All serviced offices are individually priced and dependent on a number of factors including location, size and licence length.  Rombourne are highly competitive on price and offer excellent value on all office rentals.

What services do I receive with a Serviced Office?

Do I receive a telephone answering service as standard?

Yes, all office rental agreements include a professional telephone answering service where our experienced staff will answer your incoming calls in your company name, transfer callers and take messages as required. The reception staff will also act as a front of house for your company and greet any visitors to the building. 

How easy is it to grow my business?

It is very quick and easy to increase your office size at Rombourne which we see many of our clients doing over the years.  As your office requirements change, you can take on additional offices or more to a larger office depending on your ongoing needs.

Can I bring my own internet connection? 

Continued investment in the IT infrastructure ensures Rombourne can offer a range of internet connections to meet the particular needs of our new and current clients. Our Cisco powered self healing network interconnects all our locations and is managed by our Microsoft and Cisco certified engineers. Each location is connected by dark fibre with at least 1 backup connection and service is automatically switched in the unlikely event of a failure, ensuring our clients stay connected. We operate with exacting quality of service, allowing us to provide a full range of leased line and broadband services.

Do we get parking included?

Rombourne have ample parking available at all of our Serviced Offices in Bristol, Cardiff and Newport, although this is only included free of charge at our offices at 130 Aztec West, 160 Aztec West & Merlin House, Newport.

Can I move offices in Bristol?

Yes, you are very welcome to move Bristol offices should your geographical requirements change during your licence term.  We will always aim to assist our clients and work with their business demands whenever possible.  Similarly, you have an option to, for example, have a Business Address in Bristol and a physical office in Cardiff giving you a more national presence.  Conference facilities can be used at any of our centres regardless of where your office is based.

How quickly can I move in?

As quick as you need!  You are very welcome to move into your Serviced Office immediately once a licence has been signed or you can secure your office in advance of moving in depending on your required timescales.

Do you have meeting rooms nationwide?

Rombourne are affiliated with a Business Centre Alliance whereby all of our office clients will receive up to 8 hours of free boardroom or meeting room hire worldwide every month.  This means that if you rent an office in Bristol, you can still host a meeting elsewhere in the UK or World completely free of charge.  Many of our current client frequently make use of this service.
