Denis M. Donovan, Chairman
Denis Donovan, as founder and Chairman of the company is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years of experience in the property field.
A graduate in Estate Management from London University he worked in commercial property agency and development for many years before establishing Rombourne in 1973 in order to specialise in commercial property investment.
The last 15 years have seen an increasing commitment to serviced offices which now form an important and integral part of the company structure.
The aim of the company is to expand and to grow to be a market leader and specialist in the Sector, with a concentration on supply of quality and high service at all levels.
Damian Stokes, Chief Executive
Damian is a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has a degree in Urban Estate Management and has 18 years of experience in all sectors of the property market.
As Chief Executive, Damian is responsible for the implementation of the Company’s property strategy including all development, investment, acquisition, disposal and management work.
Matthew Read, Regional Director,
South West England
Matthew Read is the principle contact for Rombourne Business Centres, Bristol. Matthew’s main focus is on the continual growth and development of the four sites located at 130 Aztec, 160 Aztec, Trym Lodge and St Brandon’s House.
Of his role Matthew says, “When a business identifies a need for offices premises in the Bristol area, it is my personal responsibility to ensure that Rombourne are considered as a viable option to meet that requirement”.
Ceri Corney, Regional Director, South Wales
Ceri has been working for Rombourne for some 21 years and has considerable experience in the serviced office market, having opened the first serviced office centre in Cardiff in 1989. She has also worked and operated serviced offices in Bristol, managing 3 centres in the early 1990’s.
Ceri’s principal aim is to ensure the successful running of all operations and to develop business specifically within the South Wales Market.
Mark Tyler, Financial Controller
Mark joined Rombourne in 2003 and is responsible for the financial management of the company. Mark has an honours degree in Accountancy Studies from Exeter University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995. He spent seven years in accountancy with practice Deloitte & Touche and since 1999 has held two positions in commerce and industry.
