Frequently Asked Questions

How do we make renting office space easy?

Rombourne’s office space stands as the ultimate flexible workspace solution for your business requirements. Whether you’re embarking on a solo venture or leading a multinational FTSE-100 company, our flexible office space in Swindon is tailored to accommodate every business size.

Subject to availability, our office space solutions include the following:

  • Standard/Private Offices (1-20 people)
  • Office Suites (20-100 people)
  • Full Floor Offices (100+ people)

Why choose our flexible office space?

Being a major technology hub, this area of the UK is often referred to as England’s ‘Silicon Valley’, and Swindon is particularly known for its numerous high-tech and research companies. Being home to fewer small businesses than London and other popular technology hubs, there are fewer larger businesses to compete with. There’s also plenty of support for start-ups and small businesses through the Wiltshire Chamber of Commerce and the Swindon and Wiltshire Growth Hub.

We believe in making offices look great, and we recognise that presentation is crucial and that there’s only one chance to make a first impression on your clients. So we do our very best to help, from smart and impressive reception desks to high-spec furniture and well-equipped meeting rooms.

Our Swindon offices have been individually designed to create a comfortable and inspirational workplace. Nestled just along the M4 corridor from London, there are many reasons why Swindon is a great place to do business. In recent years, we have seen some fantastic businesses relocate from London to Swindon.

We offer flexible agreements, from as short as three months to two years, and as your business grows, we’ll go out of our way to accommodate your expanding team. Your business could run in any of our serviced office centres within 24 hours. Please call us now at 01793 683550 to discover what we can offer your business.

Why should you rent an office in Swindon?

Rombourne’s serviced offices in Swindon are situated close to junction 16 of the M4, making access to the rest of the South West extremely quick. Being a central location in the UK, Swindon is an excellent location for businesses to work from, with great access to London, Birmingham and Cardiff.

Swindon, as a whole, has a reputation for being one of the UK’s leading centres of innovation. This makes it a great place for start-ups and small businesses to get their footing in their chosen industries. This is because, like many of the UK’s important towns and cities, Swindon is conveniently located in the M4 Corridor. Though technically a town, Swindon was also included on a list of 5 ‘Fast Growth Cities’ by the Centre for Cities last year, alongside Norwich, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and Oxford.

With many large businesses already located in Swindon, your business can too, with our modernised office space. If our offices interest you, call us on 01793 683550 to discuss your office requirements.

The STEAM - Museum of the Great Western Railway showcases this legacy with its collection of locomotives and train carriages. The train station is only a 12 minute drive from Kingston House.

Country Parks

Coate Water

Coate Water is a country park situated 5 km to the southeast of central Swindon, England, near junction 15 of the M4. It takes its name from its main feature, a reservoir originally built to provide water for the Wilts & Berks Canal. It is popular with locals and out-of-town visitors. It has a big lake where you can feed the ducks, or go for a nice walk, enjoying the scenery. You may want to play a round of mini-golf, take a dip in the splash park or a ride on the mini steam train. The lake is famous for its big diving board. Unfortunately, it is no longer in use. But it is something that is featured in a lot of photos of the area!

Areas of Interest

Magic Roundabout

Swindon is famously known for the Magic Roundabout, which is a unconventional traffic junction, notable for it's unique design and engineering. It consists of 5 mini roundabouts allowing traffic to flow clockwise and anticlockwise, providing multiple paths for vehicles to navigate through the junction at slower speeds. This innovative layout was designed by traffic engineer Frank Blackmore of the British Transport and Road Research Laboratory. His design attracts many visitors!
