Established in 1973, Rombourne is a privately owned property company with extensive commercial property interests throughout South Wales, the West Country and the Midlands. Due to our 40 years of experience, in that time we've learnt exactly what companies need from a serviced office. We’re attuned to the fast-evolving business environment, and offer the very latest in IT and telephony support.

Our freehold portfolio includes a variety of commercial property and serviced offices. We also undertake commercial and industrial property development. At heart, we’re about great offices in great locations: offices that look professional and impressive, and offices that are functional – where everything works first time. We don’t think of you as a tenant, we think of you as a partner. We’ll work with you to help your business thrive. You won’t have to worry about leases, maintenance, cleaning or security – we deal with all of that.

Rombourne currently has approximately 150,000 sq ft of serviced office space at nine prime locations in Cardiff, Newport, Swindon, Bristol City Centre, Westbury-on Trym and also on the Aztec West business park. We are currently expanding our property and development interests nationally and also plan to add significantly to our holding of serviced offices over the next two years.

At any of our locations you can obtain a choice of telephone numbers from a local number, an 0800 number or even a telephone number from any geographical location in the UK. Denis Donovan Rombourne

Denis Donovan, as founder and Chairman of the company is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years of experience in the property field. A graduate in Estate Management from London University he worked in commercial property agency and development for many years before establishing Rombourne in 1973.
