What we do
Rombourne currently has approximately 150,000 sq ft of serviced office space at nine prime locations in Cardiff, Newport, Swindon, Bristol City Centre, Westbury-on Trym and also on the Aztec West business park. We are currently expanding our property and development interests nationally and also plan to add significantly to our holding of serviced offices over the next two years. Our latest acquisition, completed in 2013, was Kingston House, Swindon.

Rombourne has an extensive portfolio of traditional leased office accommodation spread across South Wales and the South West. In addition to these existing sites, we are currently developing our own Business Park at Langstone, Newport which is immediately adjacent to J24 of the M4 and as such, has excellent access to the motorway network.
