Henlee Resourcing share their experience with their new Rombourne serviced office in Swindon.
Henlee Resourcing is a specialist recruitment company within Human Resources (HR), Internal Communications and People Change sectors.
Established in 2010, Henlee Resourcing was founded by Lee Krawczyk-Brown. Lee at that point had over 10 years professional experience in the recruitment industry and was specialising in the recruitment of HR professionals. Henlee Resourcing work with a range of blue chip, international, public sector, not for profit, and SME businesses in the UK’s South West Region to place candidates in permanent, contract, interim and temporary roles.
In August 2017, the company relocated to Rombourne’s serviced offices in Kingston House, Swindon. This year, they also celebrated the launch of their new website and logo. Below, Lee shares his feedback on his first few months as a Rombourne resident in one of our Kingston House serviced offices…
Hi, Lee! Why did you move to Rombourne from your previous serviced office provider?
We weren’t happy with the service we received, so we decided to move when we came to the end of our contract.
Why did you choose Swindon as the location for your new office?
We were previously based in Royal Wootton Bassett in Swindon, so we knew we didn’t want to go too far when we moved premises.
As we work with candidates and businesses in the South West Region of the UK, location played a big factor in choosing our new office. Our clients are predominately based across the M4 and M5 junctions of the motorway, and because they often visit us, it was vital to ensure our new office was within easy reach of these!
What was the biggest hurdle you faced when moving to your new office?
Ensuring the necessary technology was in place as soon as possible. Being a recruitment company, we make and receive a lot of calls, and we needed incoming calls from clients to continue to be answered effectively while we moved.
What made you choose Rombourne, and what were your first impressions of Kingston House?
The look and feel of the offices; we were really impressed with how clean, smart, and personable they are!
Do you feel the offices are the right fit for a recruitment company?
Definitely. As I’ve already mentioned, Kingston House is very clean and personable, which is great for projecting a professional image to clients. The fact that clients can visit us easily due to our location is also essential for a recruitment agency.
If you could improve one thing about your Rombourne experience, what would it be?
Nothing. So far, we’re really pleased with the service we’ve received from Rombourne; everything just works. We’d definitely recommend their serviced offices to other businesses!
What advice would you give other businesses when choosing a new office space?
I’d advise them to look at the location, technology, and cleanliness of potential new offices, as well as the personalities of the staff, and the clients that are already using their services. You’ll be seeing them every day, so it’s important to get a feel for them!
