Hi Cristian! Tell us more about your role at Rombourne, Bristol.

My role at Rombourne is very varied. My main task is to give support to Matthew Read, our Regional Director, and Jo Thomson, our Area Manager, with sales, client queries and the management of our different sites.

What’s a typical day like for you at Rombourne?

Every day is a different day for me at Rombourne, but I generally start the day by getting to one of our sites, having a nice cup of green tea and checking my emails. Once I’ve had a look, I can assess what are my priorities and I organize my daily duties.

These are generally getting back to enquiries, contacting clients, updating spreadsheets, covering reception when needed or arranging a viewing with a potential client at their preferred site.

What is your favourite thing about working as Account Manager/Sales Support at Rombourne?

I love the fact that I work in different buildings and I am able to build great relationships with our clients and team. Both clients and staff are great, and I really enjoy working with them all.

What essentials do you take to work, and why?

I would say a must have for me is my notepad, pen and my laptop. It is very important for me to make notes so that I can create a list prioritise tasks. This then enables me to create reminders on my calendar to follow up with. As an example, client meetings or follow up with potential new clients to schedule a viewing.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not at Rombourne?

I do love travelling and visiting new areas, mostly if there is a nice walking trail. At the moment I find it very difficult due to Covid-19 but I still go for different scenery walks and I visit little villages in my spare time. I also like spending time with friends, cooking a nice dinner with a glass of wine, learning languages such as French and Italian along with exercising to stay fit and healthy.
